The location of this hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! Staff are super friendly and helpful, the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, towels are fluffy, and there's so much space in the room.

The hotel is beautifully designed and fabulous and nestled in a new building. The rooms are nice here with single bed, all the necessary amenities. The staff are helpful and amicable. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel's stylish design extended beyond the lobby, and the breakfast was a delightful surprise with Italian desserts like Tiramisu and Panna Cotta. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the onsen facilities were excellent. The location was also great, with beautiful wood decorations throughout the hotel and stunning views of the snow-capped mountains from our room.

The breakfast option could be improved with larger cups for the delicious espresso.
